P&G Grants Grooming CEO Stock Options Worth Over 14,000 Shares
Juliana Monteiro Santos de Azevedo, CEO of P&G's Grooming business, has been granted stock options for 14,476 shares of common stock by Procter & Gamble (NYSE: PG). The grant was made on September 15, 2026, and the options have an exercise price of $146.67 per share.
The options will become exercisable beginning September 14, 2029, and will expire on September 15, 2036. This grant is in addition to Santos de Azevedo's existing direct common stock holdings of 23,601.2363 shares and indirect holdings through a Retirement Plan Trustee and an International Stock Ownership Plan & Pension Plan.
It's worth noting that the grant was made without any Rule 10b5-1 trading plan being reported, which means that Santos de Azevedo will have to exercise her options manually. The long-dated incentive tied to P&G's common stock performance may provide a significant reward if the company's stock price increases.
