P&G Hygiene Extends Special Window for Physical Securities Transfer
Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited has announced an extension of its special window for transfer and dematerialization of physical securities. This initiative is part of a mandate from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to ease investment processes, particularly concerning physical share transfers that were lodged prior to April 1, 2019.
The company's shareholders can now re-lodge transfer requests for rejected or unattended cases until February 4, 2027. The necessary documents should be submitted to MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., formerly known as Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., at C-101, Embassy 247, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai-400083.
The company has also released a public notice through prominent newspapers on September 16, 2026, to inform stakeholders about the reopening of this special window.
