P&G Taps Shailesh Jejurikar as New Chairman Amid Global Leadership Shift

Procter & Gamble has announced the appointment of Shailesh Jejurikar as its new Chairman, effective August 1, 2026. This move marks a significant milestone in the company's leadership journey and reflects P&G's tradition of promoting from within.

Jejurikar, a veteran of over three decades at P&G, has held various leadership roles across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of the company's Fabric & Home Care business, while also championing P&G's global sustainability agenda between 2016 and 2021.
