P&G's Luc Reynaert Ranks Among Top Supply Chain Leaders Globally
Luc Reynaert, Chief Product Supply Officer at Procter & Gamble (P&G), has been recognized as one of the top supply chain leaders globally. He ranks fourth on Supply Chain Digital's Top 250 Supply Chain Leaders list and leads a team of around 65,000 colleagues across P&G's global Product Supply organization.
The team oversees 110 manufacturing plants and 200 distribution centers worldwide, representing nearly two-thirds of P&G's total employee population. Reynaert has been with P&G for over 30 years, joining as an engineer in 1988 before taking on senior positions in the Product Supply division.
As part of his role, Reynaert drives the company's supply chain future through its Supply 3.0 framework, which focuses on speed, flexibility, and transparency. He has overseen a shift towards tightly connected supply chain systems, linking P&G's processes directly with those of its retail partners.
