Pakistan Seeks Foreign Investment in Energy Infrastructure Development
Federal Minister for Petroleum Ali Pervaiz Malik met with senior representatives from VTTI and Honeywell UOP to discuss investment opportunities in Pakistan's energy infrastructure.
The minister was briefed on VTTI's interest in expanding its operations and investing in the country. The company is keen on developing bonded warehousing and re-export facilities, as well as terminal infrastructure for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage.
Honeywell UOP discussed its ongoing technological contribution to Pakistan's refinery sector and expressed interest in further investment in refinery up-gradation.
The government is committed to facilitating investment in the country's energy infrastructure, with a focus on providing clean, reliable, and affordable energy to the people.
