ParityQC Integrates Optimizer Software into IBM's Qiskit Functions Catalog
ParityQC has released its Parity Twine Optimizer software module, integrating it directly into IBM's Qiskit Functions Catalog. The optimizer works with ParityQC's Architecture, a variant of the Lechner-Hauke-Zoller (LHZ) architecture, to eliminate classical SWAP gate overhead by mapping optimization problem graphs onto physical quantum processing unit (QPU) coupling maps.
The compiler technology was validated in recent Quantum Fourier Transform (QFT) compilation benchmarks and is engineered to optimize quadratic unconstrained binary optimization (QUBO) and combinatorial optimization algorithms across both noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) and fault-tolerant hardware topologies. By bypassing routing SWAP networks, the Parity Twine Optimizer reduces two-qubit gate count and circuit depth.
The software is available immediately through the IBM Qiskit Functions Catalog, offering a 30-day trial for IBM Quantum Network members operating on Flex or Premium access plans. Broader access to the underlying compiler continues to be served independently via ParityOS across ParityQC's global hardware partner ecosystem.
