Parker's Salesforce Stock Awards Converted to Shares, $294K in Taxes Withheld
Salesforce Co-Founder Harris Parker recently converted two sets of restricted stock units (RSUs) into common shares. The first set, consisting of 1,269 RSUs, converted on September 22, 2026, while the second set, with 1,272 RSUs, also converted on the same date.
According to the report, Parker acquired 1,269 and 1,272 common shares as a result of these conversions. However, his company had to withhold $147K in taxes for each conversion, which is equivalent to 630 and 631 shares at $233.28 per share.
The withheld shares are directly tied to tax liability and represent Parker's obligation to pay taxes on the newly acquired shares. This is a standard practice when RSUs are converted into common stock.
