Parvin Asset Management Acquires New Stake in Apple Stock
Parvin Asset Management LLC, an institutional investor, recently acquired 24,325 shares of Apple Inc.'s stock in the second quarter. This new stake is valued at approximately $7 million and represents about 5.5% of Parvin's total holdings, making it their largest holding.
This purchase marks one of many recent investments in Apple by various institutional investors. Berkshire Hathaway Inc., for instance, acquired a new position in the company worth around $65 billion during the same quarter. Bank of America Corp DE and Legal & General Group Plc also bought new stakes in Apple's stock, with values totaling approximately $36.99 billion and $30.44 billion, respectively.
Nuveen LLC increased its existing stake by 3.8% during the fourth quarter, now owning over 75 million shares worth around $20.39 billion.
