Pentair Names Bob Hau as Executive Vice President and CFO
Pentair plc (NYSE: PNR) has announced that Bob Hau will take on the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 1, 2026. Hau brings extensive finance experience to the position, having served as a Chief Financial Officer for over 16 years at various public companies.
Most recently, Hau held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Fiserv from 2016 to 2025. Prior to that, he worked as Chief Financial Officer at TE Connectivity and Lennox International. Earlier in his career, he spent 22 years at Honeywell International.
Pentair's President and CEO, John L. Stauch, expressed confidence in Hau's ability to drive performance and create long-term shareholder value. He also thanked Bob Fishman for his leadership as interim Chief Financial Officer and helping to ensure a smooth transition.
