The Phoenix Police Department has arrested two suspects linked to an organized retail theft ring that targeted ceiling fans from Home Depot stores across Maricopa County. The alleged thieves, Cleveland Seaborn and Yohan Matos Reyes, are accused of stealing and reselling approximately $34,000 worth of ceiling fans.

According to court records, the thefts occurred at multiple Home Depot locations. During a search of Reyes' home on October 7, police reportedly found around 100 ceiling fans. Reyes allegedly admitted to buying the fans from Seaborn for about $100 each and reselling them for $180. He claimed he was unaware the fans were stolen but acknowledged purchasing them well below their retail price.

Reyes is facing charges of trafficking stolen property, while Seaborn is charged with multiple counts of organized retail theft. The investigation highlights the ongoing issue of retail theft in the Valley.
