Ping Identity Unveils Agents for Simplified Identity Administration on Google Cloud
Ping Identity has launched three new identity agents on Google Cloud Marketplace, designed to simplify employee self-service and identity administration capabilities in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise.
The agents, built using Google's Agent Development Kit, allow employees and authorized administrators to use natural-language conversations to complete common identity tasks without switching between interfaces.
According to Ping Identity founder and CEO Andre Durand, 'Identity can't remain trapped behind a separate console. Our new agents enable identity administration capabilities directly in Google Cloud Gemini Enterprise, putting identity into the flow of how people work.'
The three agents - PingID Device Management Agent, PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud Administrator Agent, and PingOne Administrator Agent - offer various features such as device authentication management, password resetting, and multi-factor authentication enrollment.
