Pipe Bomb Found in Irvine Gas Station Vehicle Leads to Two Arrests

Police in Irvine, California, made two arrests on Tuesday after finding a possible pipe bomb inside a vehicle at a gas station.

The incident occurred at a Chevron station within the Orchard Hills Shopping Center. A traffic stop was initiated, and officers discovered the suspected explosive device inside the vehicle.

The Orange County Sheriff's Department Bomb Squad responded to the scene and took possession of the device, transporting it to a safe location for examination and disablement.
