Pixel 11 Pro Hailed as Ultimate Experience, But is it Worth Upgrading From Last Year's Model?
Google's new Pixel 11 Pro has finally arrived, and it promises to deliver an 'ultimate Pixel experience'. But how does it compare to last year's Pixel 10 Pro? The key differences include a newer Google chip, with the Tensor G6 processor offering up to 25% faster web browsing, 15% faster app launches, and 3.5x faster on-device AI processing compared to its predecessor.
The Pixel 11 Pro also features HiLight, which allows you to put your phone face down while still receiving notifications through LED lights built around the camera flash. Google has promised that more capabilities will be added to HiLight over time, including the ability to receive message notifications.
In other areas, the Pixel 11 Pro offers a brighter display with up to 3600 nits peak brightness and supports faster charging than the Pixel 10 Pro. However, it does come with a slight downgrade in RAM, with only 12GB by default, whereas the Pixel 10 Pro comes with 16GB.
