Pixel 11 Pro XL Brings Faster Cameras and Smart Voice Tool to the Table
Google's latest flagship smartphone, the Pixel 11 Pro XL, is more of an evolutionary update than a radical new device. It retains the familiar design of its predecessor, with the only notable exterior changes being new color options and a HiLight light indicator on the rear panel.
The camera speed and Gemini features are where things get interesting. The Pixel 11 Pro XL boasts larger main and telephoto camera sensors than its predecessor, combined with a faster processor and updated image processing. This results in quicker camera launch times and shooting speeds, particularly in low-light conditions.
One of the standout features is Rambler, an AI-powered voice input tool that automatically removes filler words like 'um' and 'uh', organizes dictated text, and remains accurate even in noisy environments.
The Pixel 11 Pro XL also introduces Looks, a collection of styles for computational photography settings, and Magic Capture, which records a short video clip and selects the best moments to save as separate photos. However, the Magic Capture feature still has some limitations when it comes to processing moving subjects.
