Polymarket Names Former Amazon CFO as New Chief Financial Officer
PolyMarket has appointed Warren Jenson as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective September 10. Jenson, who previously held the CFO position at Amazon, Electronic Arts, Delta Air Lines, and NBC, will oversee Polymarket's finances, capital strategy, and long-range planning.
Jenson also serves on Ripple's board of directors, where he is the chair of the audit committee. His experience in managing financial operations across various industries for over three decades makes him an excellent fit for Polymarket's growing business.
The appointment comes as Polymarket expands its US and global operations, following a $300 million investment from 1789 Capital as part of a roughly $1 billion funding round that values the company at approximately $21 billion, according to The Wall Street Journal.
