Pooja Bedi Brings 25 Years of Legal Expertise to HCCB as General Counsel
Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Private Limited (HCCB) has appointed Pooja Bedi as its new General Counsel and Company Secretary. This key appointment brings over 25 years of experience in legal and business leadership to HCCB, spanning various sectors including FMCG, alcobev, healthcare, and technology.
Pooja Bedi's extensive background includes advising boards, CEOs, and senior leadership teams in complex environments with high regulatory demands. Her expertise covers corporate governance, risk management, compliance, regulatory strategy, business transformation, and strategic advisory. She has worked across both Indian and international markets.
Bedi joins HCCB from Mondelēz India, where she held the position of Chief Counsel for India. Prior to this role, she held senior positions at Philips, JUUL, AB InBev, and Pernod Ricard.
HCCB's CEO, Hemant Rupani, welcomed Bedi's appointment, stating that her experience and leadership will be valuable in supporting the company's legal, compliance, and secretarial agenda. He highlighted her strong track record across governance, compliance, and strategic advisory as significant assets to HCCB.
