Procter & Gamble CEO Receives Significant Stock Award
Procter & Gamble (PG) CEO Shailesh Jejurikar received a significant stock award on October 1, 2026. The package included 16,065 restricted stock units (RSUs) and an option to purchase 191,909 common shares. The RSUs were granted under The Procter & Gamble 2025 Stock and Incentive Compensation Plan.
The stock options come with an exercise price of $143.95 per share. The exercise date for these options is set for October 1, 2029, and they will expire on October 1, 2036. After the RSU award, Jejurikar's direct common stock holdings totaled 55,391 shares.
Additionally, Jejurikar holds indirect common stock through various entities. This includes 3,742 shares through a retirement plan trustee, 19,757 shares in the Sankhya S Jejurikar Revocable Trust, and 35,836 shares in the Shailesh Jejurikar Trust.
Restricted stock units are a common form of compensation where employees receive shares of stock after meeting certain conditions, such as remaining with the company for a specified period. Stock options, on the other hand, give the holder the right to buy or sell shares at a predetermined price within a certain timeframe.
