Procter & Gamble Names Ratul Ghosh as New APAC CHRO
Ratul Ghosh has been appointed as the Vice President-Human Resources (CHRO), APAC at Procter & Gamble, a role he has taken over on September 18, 2026. This promotion comes after more than 21 years of experience with the company, during which Ghosh held various HR leadership positions across Asia, India, and the US.
Ghosh's background in human resources is extensive, having worked in Japan as Vice President-Human Resources (CHRO) for P&G's Japan business. Before that, he had senior HR leadership roles across different regions, including talent, employee relations, supply chain, marketing, R&D, and beauty care.
Ghosh has a Master's degree in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University.
