Procter & Gamble Names Ratul Ghosh as Vice President-Human Resources (CHRO), APAC
Ratul Ghosh has been promoted to Vice President-Human Resources (CHRO), APAC at Procter & Gamble, a move that reflects his extensive experience in HR leadership across Asia and beyond. With over 21 years of tenure with the company, Ghosh has led various senior roles across India, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, Korea, and the US.
Ghosh's new role will see him overseeing the HR function for Procter & Gamble's operations in the APAC region. He previously served as Vice President-Human Resources (CHRO), Japan, where he successfully led the HR team for P&G's Japan business.
A seasoned professional with a Master's in Economics from Delhi School of Economics and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Delhi University, Ghosh brings valuable expertise to his new position. His experience spans various functions within the company, including talent management, employee relations, supply chain, marketing, R&D, and beauty care.
