QFZ Signs MoU with Honeywell to Develop Integrated Manufacturing Hub

Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Honeywell Technologies to develop an integrated manufacturing and service hub in Qatar's free zones.

The MoU was signed by Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Faisal Al-Thani, CEO of QFZ, and Matt Spalding, Vice President of Process Technology at Honeywell Technologies.

The new hub will focus on machining and servicing of Honeywell Technologies' Sundyne pumps used across energy and process industries, supporting customers in Qatar, the Middle East, and Africa.

This collaboration is expected to add depth to Qatar's industrial ecosystem by expanding localized manufacturing, servicing, and automation capabilities.
