Ras Al Khaimah's Innovation City has launched an AI-powered business registration platform in partnership with Salesforce. The platform, powered by Salesforce's Agentforce, uses artificial intelligence to automate and streamline the company formation process.
The new system is designed to reduce the time it takes for businesses to register from days or weeks to just minutes. Human oversight is introduced only where strategic judgment or complex exceptions require it, while governance, security, and full auditability remain embedded throughout the process.
Innovation City's CEO, Paul Dawalibi, said that the platform represents a fundamental transformation of the company formation experience. 'We are not just digitizing bureaucracy, we are fundamentally transforming the company formation experience,' he stated.
