Ratcliffe Lands in Moscow for High-Stakes Meetings

CIA Director John Ratcliffe is in Moscow for meetings, according to officials familiar with the situation.

A Boeing C-17A Globemaster III was spotted at Vnukovo International Airport, one of four international airports serving Moscow. The aircraft departed from Latvia's capital Riga on Tuesday morning and landed at the Russian airport.

The flight originated from Joint Base Andrews in Maryland, a major Air Force base that hosts Air Force One. This is not the first time Ratcliffe has visited Russia - he testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee earlier this year about worldwide threats.
