Razorpay Boosts AI Leadership with Senior Hires from Tech Giants
Razorpay, a fintech company, has strengthened its AI leadership team by appointing four senior engineering leaders from top companies. The new hires bring expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, and data engineering.
Leading the appointments is Sudhir Reddy, former CTO and Co-founder of Divyam.ai, who joins Razorpay to lead its AI and Data architecture. He has nearly two decades of experience building large-scale AI platforms and enterprise systems.
The other new leaders are Abhishek Agarwal from Microsoft, Bhavya Shivaprakash from Salesforce, and Anuj Mathur from CRED. They will focus on advancing AI capabilities across payments, banking, risk management, data, and developer platforms.
According to Razorpay's CTO and Co-founder Shashank Kumar, the next generation of financial infrastructure will be built around software capable of reasoning, making decisions, and acting on behalf of businesses. The expanded leadership team will help accelerate the company's engineering roadmap for agentic commerce.
