ReDEFY Showcases Pre-Built Salesforce Platforms for State Licensing Agencies
ReDEFY, a pure-play Salesforce consulting partner, has launched 'Built Before the Meeting' for state professional licensing. The campaign aims to provide working Salesforce platforms for licensing agencies before any meeting or contract.
The company has already built platforms for three states, covering both health and non-health professions, and these can be viewed at redefy.com/industries/public-sector/professional-licensing. These builds include online applications, credential verification, renewals and continuing education, fee collection, complaints and enforcement, and public license lookup.
According to Manosh Chakravorty, Co-Founder and CEO of ReDEFY, 'A licensing agency should not have to explain its own statute to a vendor. It is already written down and published, they just have to help us find it.'
The pre-meeting build rolls directly into delivery as a no-cost project platform, allowing agencies to work on workflow rationalization, data migration, integrations, and managed services without incurring additional costs.
ReDEFY launched 'Built Before the Meeting' request earlier in September 2026 with six Environmental Health builds for California counties ahead of the state's CERS NextGen transition. Professional licensing is the second public sector vertical in the campaign, with additional builds underway.
