Related Ross Buys Historic Boca Raton Innovation Campus

Related Ross has acquired the Boca Raton Innovation Campus, a 124-acre office park in Florida where IBM developed its first personal computer in the 1970s. The campus, which spans over 1.7 million square feet, was developed for IBM as a research and development site and is home to D-Wave Quantum's new corporate headquarters.

The property was previously known as the Blue Lake Corporate Center and the T-Rex Corporate Center before being renamed again. After IBM left in 1996, it changed hands several times until Related Ross acquired it with undisclosed financing from Ares Real Estate funds.

Related Ross plans to continue operating BRiC as an office and technology campus while advancing a long-term vision for the property. The company aims to create a workplace environment with a curated mix of amenities, retail, and restaurants that can evolve with the businesses on site.
