Retailers Gear Up for Drone Delivery Showdown in Phoenix

Amazon and Walmart are racing to expand their drone delivery services in Phoenix. Amazon has been offering drone delivery within a seven-mile radius of its Tolleson warehouse for nearly two years, but it will now serve 16 ZIP codes across the metro area.

The expansion comes after Walmart announced similar plans to increase its drone delivery operations in new states and cities beyond Phoenix.

The affected ZIP codes include: 85031, 85033, 85035, 85037, 85043, 85301, 85303, 85305, 85307, 85323, 85338, 85339, 85340, 85353, 85392, and 85395.
