Rishav Gandhi takes on new leadership role at Coca-Cola
Rishav Gandhi has taken on a new leadership role at The Coca-Cola Company, assuming the position of vice president, people and culture, for the Eurasia and Middle East regions. This move marks a significant expansion of his responsibilities, following a long and successful tenure at the company. Gandhi, who has spent over seven years at Coca-Cola, has previously held key roles such as director of talent innovation and senior director of talent and development for Latin America. Most recently, he served as vice president of people and culture based in Atlanta, Georgia, where he oversaw people strategy and culture for Global Marketing and The McDonald’s Division.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Gandhi worked as a management consultant at Deloitte, addressing strategic human capital and operating model challenges for Fortune 500 clients across various industries. He also spent over seven years at Airtel, leading total rewards for the company’s pan-Africa operations and handling rewards, performance management, and organization design in India. His career began with a summer traineeship at Max New York Life Insurance in 2006.
Gandhi’s expertise spans human capital, operations transformation, organizational effectiveness, and strategic consulting. His diverse experience across continents and industries positions him well to lead the complex and varied markets of Eurasia and the Middle East. The move reflects Coca-Cola’s commitment to strengthening its people and culture strategies in these critical regions.
