Rocket Software Unveils z/Assurance Portfolio for IBM Z Risk Management

Rocket Software has launched Rocket z/Assurance, a unified portfolio designed to manage risk and compliance across IBM Z environments. This platform combines purpose-built capabilities with Rocket's deep mainframe expertise, helping organizations identify vulnerabilities and security exposures, validate security controls, and monitor compliance readiness.

The launch of Rocket z/Assurance comes at a time when hybrid environments are becoming increasingly common. According to Researchscape, only 24% of IT leaders are extremely confident in their organization's ability to address mainframe vulnerabilities over the next year.

Rocket Software's President of Infrastructure Modernization, Phil Buckellew, stated that 'Modernization decisions increasingly depend on an organization's ability to understand and manage risk across its most critical systems.'
