Ryanair Engineering Salaries Soar as Europe's Largest Airline Expands

Ryanair, Europe's largest airline by passenger numbers, relies on a massive engineering network to maintain its fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft. The airline operates thousands of daily flights across over 35 countries and has recently invested in maintenance facilities and engineering academies in Ireland and Scotland.

The airline offers attractive salaries to its Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (AMEs) and Technicians, with new hires earning between €55,000 to €75,000 per year. Experienced engineers can earn up to €120,000 annually, while senior technicians can reach annual salaries of around €70,000 after qualification.
