S-net System Teams Up with Cisco to Build Comprehensive AI Lifecycle Services
S-net System has formed a strategic partnership with Cisco to expand its services business and create an AI lifecycle service framework. The two companies will jointly invest in technology, sales, marketing, and operations to build integrated services that cover the entire AI infrastructure lifecycle.
The partnership combines S-net System's experience in deploying and operating Cisco equipment with its proprietary platform and AI technology capabilities. The company plans to focus on securing AI-based operations automation (AIOps) and architecture consulting capabilities.
S-net System will link its proprietary operations platform to Cisco Cloud Control and Cisco IQ, providing AIOps services that centrally manage customers' IT assets, contract information, equipment status, and maintenance and renewal schedules. The S2F Center, a technology experience space, will serve as a testbed for customers to validate solutions before adoption.
The two companies will jointly pursue integrated solution offerings across five key areas: AI data centers, digital workplace environments, OT, security, and Splunk-based IT operations. The AI Ready Data Center service will provide integrated computing resources, GPUs, storage, networking, and AI operations environments for rapid and reliable AI infrastructure building.
The partnership is seen as an attempt to redefine S-net System's identity from a simple deployment project provider to a services firm that designs and consults on AI infrastructure broadly. The acquisition of AIOps capabilities and the role of the S2F Center are also significant, allowing customers to reduce operational headcount while accelerating incident response times.
