Salesforce Achieves Top UK Cyber Security Certifications

Salesforce has achieved two key certifications in the UK's Cyber Essentials scheme, demonstrating its commitment to protecting sensitive data and meeting government-backed security standards.

The company has been awarded both Cyber Essentials (CE) and Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) certifications under the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) program. These certifications are a requirement for government suppliers handling financial or personal data in the UK, and many private sector organizations also demand them from their suppliers.

Salesforce's achievement of both certifications is a reflection of its Trust First commitment to security and protection. The Cyber Essentials scheme addresses five critical security controls: Firewalls, Secure Configuration, User Access Control, Malware Protection, and Security Update Management. By achieving CE and CE+ levels, Salesforce demonstrates that it has implemented effective security posture management to protect sensitive data entrusted to suppliers.
