Salesforce Aims for $63 Billion Revenue by Fiscal 2030
Salesforce, the enterprise software giant, has set its sights on reaching $63 billion in annual revenue by fiscal 2030. This ambitious goal exceeds analyst expectations and sets a new benchmark for investors to gauge the company's performance.
The projection, which covers the fiscal year ending January 2030, is particularly significant because it underscores Salesforce's shift towards artificial intelligence as a key driver of growth. The company has been investing heavily in AI research and development, with notable partnerships and product releases.
Salesforce's Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Robin Washington, outlined the target at the company's annual conference. The forecast comes after the company faced investor concerns that generative AI tools could weaken traditional enterprise software platforms by automating tasks.
However, Salesforce is now positioning its data, customer relationships, and workflow software as infrastructure for enterprises deploying autonomous AI agents. New products, such as Claudeforce and Koa, are central to this effort, connecting Salesforce data with Anthropic's Claude and enabling AI reasoning models built on Nvidia architecture.
