Salesforce Bolsters Agentic AI Partnerships with Nvidia, Google Cloud, and AWS
Salesforce has strengthened its agentic AI partnerships with Nvidia, Google Cloud, and AWS. The company is pairing its in-house model Koa with a wider rollout of its Hyperforce cloud platform. Koa was built by further training Nvidia's Nemotron 3 Super on Salesforce data, but with strict security boundaries to keep customer information within Salesforce's control.
The partnership aims to provide large companies and regulated ones with AI tools that don't compromise sensitive data. Salesforce is also leaning harder on the big cloud providers it once tried to abstract away. Google Cloud says Salesforce will start migrating US customers to Hyperforce in the fourth quarter, with tighter ties between Agentforce and Google's Gemini Enterprise AI tools.
AWS is another distribution lane for Salesforce, with deeper connections to Amazon's AI stack planned. This includes giving Agentforce customers access to models through Amazon Bedrock. The move positions Salesforce as a 'trusted layer' where business data, permissions, and workflows live, while letting customers choose their preferred underlying AI model or cloud.
