Salesforce CEO Benioff Earns $49 Million as Top Executives Collect $132 Million
Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff took home $49.38 million in fiscal 2026 compensation, making him the company's highest-paid named executive officer.
The compensation package includes salaries, bonuses, stock and option awards, non-equity incentives, and other forms of remuneration. In addition to his $1.55 million salary, Benioff received $27.27 million in stock awards and $10.74 million in non-equity incentive compensation.
The company's top five executives collectively earned $132.30 million during the fiscal year ended January 31, 2026. Robin Washington, Salesforce's president and chief operating and financial officer, received $28.45 million in compensation, while Srinivas Tallapragada, president and chief engineering and customer success officer, earned $20.58 million.
