Salesforce Clears Hurdle with Top-Secret AI Platform Authorization

Salesforce has announced that its enterprise agentic AI platform, Agentforce 360, has been authorized to operate at the Defense Department's highest security level, Impact Level 5.

This authorization allows Salesforce to securely store and process high-sensitivity workloads with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and unclassified National Security Systems (NSS) data.

Salesforce CEO of Missionforce and Government Cloud Kendall Collins stated that the company's 'primary partners on the infrastructure front' are Amazon Web Services and Google.

The Agentforce 360 platform is designed to equip DOD and IC users to build and deploy autonomous and background AI agents, unify complex military data silos, and streamline logistics for high-stakes operations.
