Salesforce Crushes Q2 Earnings Expectations with $11.35 Billion Revenue

Salesforce's Q2 CY2026 earnings results exceeded Wall Street expectations. The company reported revenue of $11.35 billion, a 10.8% year-over-year growth that matched analyst estimates. Non-GAAP profit came in at $5.90 per share, beating consensus estimates by 80.4%. This marks the first time Salesforce has beaten EPS expectations since Q3 CY2025.

The company's adjusted operating income was $3.87 billion, a 34.1% margin that beat analyst forecasts. Management raised its full-year revenue guidance to $46.25 billion at the midpoint from $46.05 billion, and increased Adjusted EPS guidance to $16.69 at the midpoint, an 18.5% increase.

Salesforce's billings came in at $9.77 billion, a year-over-year growth rate of 8.6%. However, its customer acquisition cost (CAC) payback period was 107.2 months, indicating that it is relatively expensive for the company to acquire new customers.
