Salesforce's revenue growth remains strong despite fears that artificial intelligence (AI) adoption would undercut its sales. The company reported 10.8% year-over-year revenue growth in Q2 FY2027, a figure marginally below the increase achieved in the 2022-2026 period.

The AI tools offering from Salesforce, including Agentforce and Data 360, saw revenues increase in the triple digits year-over-year, showing that AI adoption has not disrupted its business model as feared. The company's non-GAAP operating margin of 34.1% is down only 0.2% year-over-year, with no discernible impact on margins.

Salesforce raised its full-year revenue outlook to $46.1-$46.4 billion, indicating top-line growth of about 11%, and increased its non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) outlook to $16.67-$16.71, reflecting stronger sales and a $2.6 billion gain on its strategic investments portfolio.
