Salesforce has signaled its long-term commitment to Sri Lanka's digital economy push by hosting its first-ever Innovation Day in Colombo.

The event brought together over 200 business leaders, technology professionals, and partners to explore how trusted artificial intelligence (AI), connected data, and intelligent automation can redefine business operations.

Pablo Tachil, Country Sales Head for Sri Lanka at Salesforce, emphasized that the company is not bringing a rigidly boxed solution to the country but rather a flexible, modular platform built for the specific needs of Sri Lankan businesses.

Salesforce's strategy in Sri Lanka focuses on four pillars: skilling the local workforce for an AI-driven world, supporting the start-up ecosystem, building a local partner ecosystem, and bringing skills, start-ups, and partners together into a continuous digital economy.
