Salesforce Earnings Boosted by AI Adoption, Revenue Growth
Salesforce's second-quarter earnings report has provided some encouraging signals for investors. The company's revenue of $11.35 billion increased by 11% year-over-year, landing near the high end of management's guidance.
The growth was driven by contracted demand and paid artificial intelligence adoption, with Agentforce ARR exceeding $1.5 billion and combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR approaching $3.9 billion. Additionally, Agentic Work Units nearly doubled sequentially.
Salesforce added 2,000 paying production customers, with half of Agentforce bookings coming from customers replenishing consumed Flex Credits. These data points suggest that growth remains healthy and some customers are moving beyond pilots for newer products.
