Salesforce Expands Headless Data 360 with MCP for Faster Agent Insights
Salesforce has expanded its Headless Data 360 for Model Context Protocol (MCP), allowing developers to bring insights directly to agents.
The update provides access to more than 200 existing application programming interfaces as programmable endpoints, enabling AI agents to use them without a user interface.
Data 360 exposes these APIs in one place, eliminating the need for data workers to constantly move between tools and teams to pull in needed data.
With this expansion, developers can build, transform, map, segment, and activate fields without leaving existing tools and interfaces.
