Salesforce, Google Cloud Expand Partnership, Connecting CRM Workflows
Salesforce and Google Cloud have expanded their partnership to bring CRM workflows into Gemini Enterprise. This collaboration aims to connect Salesforce workflows and Tableau analytics with Gemini Enterprise, allowing customers to access more ways of using Salesforce.
As part of this agreement, Hyperforce deployment on Google Cloud will be extended, along with Data 360, BigQuery sharing. Commerce Cloud purchasing within Google Search and the Gemini app is also being integrated.
The partnership covers several key areas, including AWS integrations and Koa's role in Salesforce's broader AI strategy. The goal is to make CRM capabilities more accessible across different platforms, particularly for companies already using both Salesforce and Google services.
