Salesforce Integrates CRM into Anthropic's AI Platform Claude

Salesforce has launched Claudeforce, an expanded partnership with Anthropic that connects Claude directly to CRM data and workflows.

The first product is Salesforce in Claude, a plugin offering 37 pre-built capabilities for commercial teams. It can analyze real-time pipeline updates, prepare for meetings, assess opportunity health, and execute specific CRM tasks, all without requiring sales reps to navigate traditional Salesforce dashboards.

This new paradigm shift allows AI queries systems, interprets context, and executes actions while Salesforce remains the foundational infrastructure managing data, permissions, and business logic.
