Salesforce Launches AI Agents for Middle East Businesses
Salesforce has expanded its Agentforce platform in the Middle East with a new set of AI Agents designed to handle high-value business tasks. The company announced the availability of job-ready agents tailored for sales, customer service, commerce, employee experience, and back-office operations. These agents, connected to Salesforce's Customer 360, operate with customer context and data, allowing enterprises in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the wider Gulf region to translate AI ambitions into practical business outcomes.
The new portfolio of agents includes Casey for customer service, Paige for IT and HR requests, Carter for product discovery and checkout, Piper for lead qualification, Marshall for back-office processes, Fin for complex customer workflows, and Hunter for outbound sales. Each agent is pre-built with the necessary skills and data models but can be customized to fit individual company needs. The agents are also designed to manage complex tasks over days and weeks, rather than just single interactions.
Underpinning these agents is a new long-horizon runtime that enables agents to pursue goals across extended periods. This runtime features memory to preserve context, durable execution to keep plans running, and dynamic steering to adapt based on user feedback. Salesforce has already seen measurable results with these agents, handling over 7 billion Agentic Work Units globally, including 3.2 billion in the most recent quarter.
Mohammed Alkhotani, General Manager and Senior Vice President for the Middle East at Salesforce, emphasized the regional shift from AI experimentation to enterprise deployment. He highlighted that companies in the Gulf are now focused on achieving ROI through agents that complete meaningful work within existing data and business rules. Casey, Paige, Carter, Marshall, Piper, and Fin are generally available now, while Hunter is in pilot with general availability planned for November 2026.
