At its annual Partner of the Year awards, Salesforce recognized two local companies, Cloudwerx and Xenai Digital, for their outstanding work. Dreamforce 2026 saw Cloudwerx take home the Agentic Value award for implementing AI agent solutions with Xero to enhance customer experience. This project resolved 60% of online queries instantly, benefiting five million customers.
Cloudwerx CEO Toby Wilcock attributed their success to focusing on pragmatism and fast delivery, allowing them to compete against global system integrators (GSIs). He emphasized the importance of being authentic, pragmatic, and flexible in achieving real business outcomes.
Xenai Digital won the System of Context award for its world-first integration of Snowflake into Salesforce Data 360 with Fiji Airways. This project delivered significant operational efficiencies in marketing, customer services, and sales, resulting in a remarkable 442% return on investment.
