Salesforce is reimagining its Trailblazer Community on Slack, bringing conversations, people, trusted knowledge, and AI assistance together in one real-time experience.

The community will transition to the new platform in November 2026, featuring meaningful connections, smarter discovery, and faster answers. The goal is to make it easier for users to get answers, connect with others, and find what they need.

The reimagined experience includes Slackbot as a personal community guide, helping users discover trusted answers, relevant channels, and Trailhead learning. Users will also be able to ask questions directly and receive trusted responses from peers, Salesforce MVPs, and product experts.
