Salesforce Sees $63 Billion Revenue Horizon as AI Concerns Fade
Salesforce issued a revenue forecast for fiscal 2030 of over $63 billion during its Dreamforce conference in San Francisco. This target exceeds analysts' estimates, which had predicted annual sales of $59.2 billion by that time.
The company's CEO, Marc Benioff, spoke at the event and acknowledged the changing landscape of the industry. He noted that 'there's certain moments in our industry where everything is changing, and this is that moment for enterprise.'
Salesforce has had a rocky year due to concerns about artificial intelligence affecting its business. However, the company has rebounded recently with better-than-expected results and a $2.6 billion gain on strategic investments.
The stock price jumped almost 23% after the announcement, its best performance since 2020. Salesforce also announced Claudeforce, which allows organizations to work with Salesforce data in Anthropic's Claude.
