Salesforce Shares Slip 2.9% Amid Robust Revenue Target and AI Expansion
Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) shares fell by 2.9% in mid-day trading on Thursday, closing at $243.3550 after reaching a low of $241.52.
The company traded 14,936,492 shares, an increase of 7% from the average session volume of 13,987,302 shares.
Earlier this week, Salesforce set a fiscal 2030 revenue target of more than $63 billion, exceeding analyst expectations and providing support for long-term growth.
The company's introduction of AIforce, a direct agentic interface for its CRM platform, as well as Koa, a CRM reasoning model developed with NVIDIA technology, is expected to boost AI adoption and monetization.
