Salesforce Slips Despite Analysts' Bullish Outlook on CRM
Salesforce's investor day presentation led to a decline in shares despite analysts boosting their price targets. The company maintained its fiscal 2030 revenue objective of $63 billion and did not provide formal revenue guidance for fiscal 2028.
The CRM leader showcased Koa, its reasoning-based AI model designed exclusively for customer relationship management applications, developed through collaboration with Nvidia.
Multiple analysts increased their targets to $300, including Stifel's J. Parker Lane, Canaccord Genuity's David Hynes, and Guggenheim's John Difucci. Freedom Capital's Egor Tolmachev adjusted his forecast upward from $230 to $295.
The company's leading 100 Agentforce clients delivered over 2x their initial annual recurring revenue in under 18 months. Premium subscription ARR has exceeded the $1 billion threshold, with a significant jump in premium subscription mix expansion during fiscal Q2 2027.
