Salesforce Stock Consolidates Around $256 After Record-Breaking Earnings Beat
Salesforce Inc.'s stock has consolidated around $256 per share following its record-breaking fiscal second-quarter 2027 earnings beat and accelerated artificial intelligence (AI) growth. The company's Q2 2027 revenue reached a new high of $11.35 billion, with subscription and support revenue increasing by 12 percent year over year. Salesforce also reported exceptional AI and data-related annual recurring revenue, exceeding $3.9 billion.
The earnings call highlighted the success of Agentforce platform, with its annual recurring revenue crossing $1.5 billion and growing over 240 percent year over year. Management pointed to CRPO acceleration quarter over quarter, with the $33.5 billion cRPO figure up 14 percent. Free cash flow generation was robust, reaching $1.1 billion in Q2, an 81 percent year-over-year increase.
Salesforce raised its fiscal 2027 revenue guidance by $300 million in constant currency, including $100 million from organic growth and $200 million tied to anticipated closings of acquisitions such as Contentful and Fin. The company's non-GAAP operating margin reached 34.1 percent in Q2, with a GAAP operating margin of 20.5 percent.
