Salesforce Stock Drops Amid AI Push With Nvidia, Amazon, and Google
Salesforce stock (CRM) experienced a decline of 1.46% to $255.65 on Tuesday, despite the company's efforts to push into AI with new products and integrations in partnership with Nvidia, Amazon, and Google.
The partnerships were announced at Salesforce's Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, where the company unveiled its first AI model designed for customer relationship management (CRM), called Koa. This model is built using Nvidia's Nemotron family of open-source AI models and leverages 27 years of Salesforce's CRM knowledge.
Salesforce also expanded its collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to include new integration aimed at enterprise workflows, data access, and voice capabilities. Additionally, the company deepened its partnership with Google Cloud by introducing Hyperforce on Google Cloud and planning to migrate select US customers to Google Cloud infrastructure in Q4 2026.
The analyst consensus rating on Salesforce's shares remains a Moderate Buy, based on 27 Buys, 10 Holds, and one Sell issued over the past three months. The average CRM price target of $267.54 implies about 5% upside.
